Hello! My name is Kathleen Chechi and I am currently an undergraduate student attending Arcadia University in Glenside, PA. At Arcadia, my current pathway is a Global Media major with a concentration in Digital Gaming Studies along with a minor in Cultural Anthropology While I am currently pursuing my degree in the state of Pennsylvania, I am originally from Upstate New York in the Great Lakes area. I was an editor for the 2020 Senior Thesis Website and I have returned once again to be an editor on the 2021 Senior Thesis Website! I currently have an internship with Arcadia University Relations where we are pioneering a new project of a series of videos called “Majors in a Minute”. These videos will be a minute long each of animated content that highlights a major offered at Arcadia!

The purpose of my creative project is to explore new frontiers in technology through the rapidly growing mediums of virtual reality and computer-brain interactive components as genres of global media through developing an interactive game in virtual reality.
