The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way I think about myself, others, and how I want to live the rest of my life. During the past two years, I have come in contact with things and people that made the pandemic less miserable. I am creating a podcast called “Simply Coping” and during the episodes, a special guest and I will discuss things, experiences, and people that we are grateful for to have. We will be discussing our mental health journeys, the people that we have met, the music we have listened to, the television shows and movies we have watched, the new places and events we have been to, and the social media trends we have seen over the past two years.
