I’m continuing to work on my digital drawings, but I’ve lost a little steam. I’m always feeling like I could be better or like the drawings could use more touching up, but I don’t know what to touch up exactly.
What’s occupying my mind more than the creative portion, is my position paper. To be blunt, it feels useless and like a waste of time—time that could be spent working to perfect my creative thesis project. No one is going to see it and the point of it being to “show my journalistic style of writing” is confusing to me because time and time again throughout my four years here I have shown my style in much more interesting, professional, and lengthy papers not to mention the analysis section of my seventeen page thesis paper I spent an entire semester working on.
