Mental health affects every aspect of our lives, and especially throughout the last few years it
has become more apparent just how important this form of healthcare is. It has gained more
public attention recently in an attempt to destigmatize the subject and create more accessibility,
leaving room for lots of new innovations and ideas from professionals and creatives alike. My
idea for thesis is to create a mental health app that focuses on self care and meditation. The
app will educate and provide activities and resources to create a better mental space for its
users.
