Camille Madison – Blog Post #1

I keep going back and forth about what I should do my Senior Project on. I talked to Alan and I am leaning towards designing a web page showcasing original poems and short biographies of the poets. I would need at least 5-10 poems to include on the web page. I reached out to a few people I know that write poetry and they agreed to contribute to my project. The question on everyone’s mind is “What does the Poem have to be about?” I do not know the answer to that question because I am not sure if I want to stir the project in one direction or allow creative expression on the webpage. The only problem with the latter is I would have to put guidelines or censorship on the writings. I am not comfortable with this, so I have to come up with a solution. I am not a hundred percent married to this idea. I still have some time to decide but deadlines are approaching so I have to really narrow down my choices and make a decision.
