As of right now, I have two ideas for the same topic that I have in mind. Which is either a photo
gallery or a food documentary for the evolution of Korean Cuisine.
gallery or a food documentary for the evolution of Korean Cuisine.
Particularly I want to see how much Korean Cuisine has changed ever since the ’50s after the
Korean war ended in 1953. During this time the U.S had helped South Korea and may have
changed some Korean foods around this time period.
If I do the photo gallery it will feature traditional foods that many Korean people and diaspora
grew up with and then add the more modern/contemporary foods as well.
If I do the documentary it will be along the same lines, but with interviews with Korean
restaurants around the tri-state area.
