For my creative project, I want to use my passion for social media and combine it with something sports related. I want to create a collection of media that can be used on Instagram for an athlete’s account. I plan to use images and video of my brother in things like Instagram posts, stories, and IGTV.
My goal is to showcase the creativity that can be used with an athlete’s page, and how it can enhance it. I have video editing skills that I picked up from a Video Production course, as well as experience editing photos. Furthermore, the sport I will be focusing in on is lacrosse. Lacrosse is a very under-appreciated sport, but with editing tools, it can be showcased better through social media to pique interest in potential fans.
