16 submissions so far, as of today! There’s still a few more days to submit, during which I expect at least a few more submissions to roll in. I have a good range of mediums, although I could definitely use some more photos and nonfiction work. I’m also in the process of solidifying some of the extra content that will be included in the zine, including an interview with my grandparents. I’ve also been keeping up to date with the zine’s Instagram and posting some last pushes for advertising, and working on the zine’s website which should hopefully be up next week. All in all, not bad progress-wise. I’m starting to see the project really come together, seeing all of the different submissions and thinking about how to best turn them into a finished collection has me very excited.
