Pineapple Stuffing

This is a family recipe we usually reserve for Easter! It’s a delicious side dish that pairs really well with a salty, savory entree like ham. Plus, all things considered, it’s really easy to make. I was super excited to make this, even though it felt funny eating it in the middle of the week without a special occasion.

Ingredients
8 slices white bread, diced
½ cup sugar
1 can crushed pineapple
½ stick salted butter, melted
1 egg, broken up

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients together, then pour mixture into a baking pan. Cook in the oven for 45 minutes to an hour.
