As I’m in the final stages of my creative project, I can’t help but wish I had more time to put things together. An entire semester goes by really fast, and somehow, you’re in April and about to graduate. I love my project, but I just wish I had an entire year to flesh things out. If I did have extra time, I would’ve spent more time doing elaborate things with the website and learning more about bookbinding and the process of printing. I feel like at certain moments I had to simplify because of the time, or because of my capacity.

As a senior, you’re working and going to school, which is hard to juggle. On top of all the senior thesis stuff, you somehow manage to continue chugging along. Though I think I’m at a portion of being a senior where I’d love to focus more on my work life. Though because of that, things have been really stressful. I think I’ve been using my senior project as a way to express myself, my feelings and focus on something more colorful. If there’s any advice I’d give to future seniors, is that you should pick a creative project that you’d enjoy making. If not, the stress of everything will crush you.
